Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://map.meteomadagascar.mg/SOURCES/.Madagascar_v4/.MON/.monthly/.rainfall/spi/ngridtable/4+index/.spi/1+index/dods')
