Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://map.meteomadagascar.mg/SOURCES/.Madagascar_v4/.MON/.dekadal/.climatologies/.rfe_stddev/T/%28days%20since%201960-01-01%29streamgridunitconvert/ngridtable/yearly-climatology/dods')
