Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://map.meteomadagascar.mg/SOURCES/.Madagascar_v4/.ALL/.seasonal/.rainfall/.SPI-3-month/spi/Y+integral/1+index/.spi/dods')
