Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://map.meteomadagascar.mg/SOURCES/.Madagascar_v4/.ALL/.dekadal/.rainfall/SPI_1_dekad/1+index/.rfe_mergeddiff/dods')
