Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://map.meteomadagascar.mg/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.Countries/label/gid+exch/2+index/.cntry_name/dods')
